BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gary Dillabough
Mr. Dillabough runs the Clean Building Materials Practice at the Westly Group.  Prior to joining the Westly Group, Mr. Dillabough was the General Manager of Corporate Environmental Affairs at eBay.  In this capacity he led all of eBay's environmental efforts and helped design and set specifications for a 200,000 sq ft Gold LEED certified building.  In addition he installed San Jose's largest commercial solar deployment (650 KW). 

Prior to that Mr. Dillabough was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at eBay. This team generated $575 million in revenue through revenue sharing agreements and ad sales over a five year period. 

Mr. Dillabough spent four years in corporate real estate and developed his own portfolio of close to 100 apartment units.  Mr. Dillabough is one of the few people in this industry with a combination of clean tech and hands on real estate development experience.

Mr. Dillabough has a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Lucile Packard Hospital Foundation.


Anne Raimondi
Ms. Raimondi has spent most of her career building internet commerce and community sites. She was a member of the founding team at Blue Nile, led several teams and businesses at eBay including launching eBay Stores, growing eBay's seller tools and products, and launching new international sites, and later served in leadership roles at two Silicon Valley startups, Zazzle and Insider Pages. Ms. Raimondi developed an innovative fundraising program at Insider Pages, which benefited local schools and community groups. Insider Pages was acquired by Citysearch / IAC in 2007.

Ms. Raimondi also advises several Internet startups including Minted.com, Blurb, Jivox, and TheSkinnyScoop, as well as serves as a senior advisor for Business Talent Group. Ms. Raimondi is an active sponsor of Friends of Ngong Road and serves as a docent for Art Vista, a parent-run art program at her children's elementary school.

Ms. Raimondi holds a BA in Economics and Sociology and an MBA from Stanford University.


Anna Sidana
Ms. Sidana has spent most of her professional life in high technology companies with careers ranging from marketing to business management.  She currently works full time at PayPal in San Jose as Director, Financial Products focused on Credit products. Ms. Sidana also worked at eBay with product responsibilities for worldwide pricing, promotions, payments and billing.

Before joining eBay, Ms. Sidana was vice president of marketing and alliances at several startups including Callixa Corporation and eTime Capital. At these startups she was responsible for spearheading product strategy, corporate positioning, public relations and award-winning advertising initiatives. Prior to that Ms. Sidana held management positions at Netscape, Visa International, Ernst & Young and IBM.

Ms. Sidana completed her undergraduate qualifications at The British Computer Society in the UK. She is also a successful artist in her spare time, and enjoys living with her two young children. 




Amy deBlaise Kasai, Advisor
Ms. DeBlaise has spent her entire career helping people. She is committed to improving the lives of people. After 20 years as an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society, she has educated over 1,000 women on the importance of screening and early detection. She has served in various leadership roles and is the recent past-president of the San Fernando Valley Unit Council in greater Los Angeles. She is active in the LA Regional Board and continues to educate women through her professional work.

Ms. DeBlaise manages a successful clinical Cancer Research Department for a non-profit community hospital in Glendale, California. Ms. DeBlaise holds a Bachelors of Art from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional. In her spare time she loves traveling, cooking and raising her daughters to appreciate their cultural fusion.
